There was no dish liquid or powder for dishwasher coolant cleanup Limited utensils less than a normal hotel So much birdshit on the balcony I couldn’t actually sit there it was completely covered in it including all the furniture Like the room was nice just needs a good clean up

Convenient option when working in South Auckland. What made my stay extra good this time was the fantastic service from Einstein in the restaurant! What a bright fun friendly young man… makes a great cocktail too!!

My friend and I requested a room to be earlier and pay the extra cost, due to our flight being early from a flight cancellation and rescheduling (18+ hours and no sleep), we were extremely tired (arrived at the hotel at 8 AM, checking in time was at 2 PM). The Lady took our info and said she would prioritise us. We ended up trying to sleep in our car in the parking lot which was not the best, and the lady never called. My friend used the bathroom once around 11 AM and she let her in but didn’t have a room for us. Then, at 2 PM, our room was set up wrong. we requested two twin beds not the queen (even asked a few times), so check in took an extra hour. This is very frustrating when all you want to do is just pass out. I’m now concerned my check out request didn’t get submitted when we left at 10 AM because I received this “complete your checkout” message from the hotel. I give two stars because the other staff were great, but this was an awful experience considering we just needed a place to sleep and they clearly couldn’t help us rest a bit earlier or even on time (and yes we would have paid for it). As a side note, not so much a complaint, the gym treadmill and bike don’t work.

Convenient location to airport and botanical gardens. Rooms very small, no chairs. Clean and bed comfortable. Continental breakfast was ok, however hot drinks are not included. Good value during Black Friday sale but would not stay again if paying full price.

The room wasn’t serviced every day. We were bitten by bed bugs. Terrible bites!! A friend was on the same floor and he had long hair (4) on his sheet . He has taken pictures. This was on the day he checked in. No coffee in breakfast, we had to purchase from their coffee shop. Not staying at this property ever!!
