Ideal for its purpose
The apartment was in an ideal location, not far from the cruise terminal where we arrived. Security for entering was very good. The place was reasonably clean, there was a small kitchen and a comfortable bed. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work very well, so it was very hot at night. But overall we had a pleasant stay. Just one word of warning: the rental is handled by a company called Stay Ltd. They 'lost' my original documents and it took over an hour to get into the apartment by having to reissue copies. They also took balance of payment 10 days early without notifying me.

We stayed here for the Americas Cup so location wise it was perfect albeit very noisy on a weekend!
First impression when we walked in was it looked great, however on closer inspection the cleanliness really wasn't that fab. We found left over food in the fridge, there was mess under the bed, the walls looked grubby in places and all the skirtings and light switches could have done with a good clean.
Overall it was okay, but a really good spring clean would have made all the difference.
