Please update photos. We booked this venue specifically for the swimming pool. The pool was empty and under renovation. There was no information advising this on the website. Arrived back from a busy sports day, ran to the pool in our towels to find it empty? However, your CUSTOMER SERVICE was amazing! Very kind, understanding, and caring. They came and cleaned every day and left us with brand new smelling, clean sheets, towels and really looked after the place. I would re-book again if the swimming pool is up and running :) Thank you :)

Great Clean refurbished rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for an early flight to the airport. The added bonus of a free shuttle & parking also. Despite reviews of negative comments it was way better than expected with new renovations. Would stay here again.

We stayed here as we had an early morning flight the following day and the property provided free car parking for up to a week as well as a free shuttle to and from the airport. The people were friendly that we dealt with. The room looked like it had been recently renovated and was clean, tidy and spacious. I would stay here again for this same scenario.
