Nice hotel in the CBD near the harbour.

Pros: Great location!
Cons: Furniture needs replacing; mattress, sofa and arm chair.
The front desk staff was competent, but not too friendly. The first impression of the room was that it was fairly small (too much and/or too big in the living area, bed almost completely filled up the bedroom), but the view out the windows made you forget about the 'problem'. The chair and sofa is very old/worn and needs replacing. The king-size bed is nothing more than two singles pushed together; forget about sleeping/laying in the middle.

Great location

Pros: The view was nice, great location to everything, new appliances, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. A nice washer and dryer were also in the unit.
Cons: The carpet was pulled out of form and we kept tripping on it. The fabric on the sofa and chair was filthy and gross. It was such a contradiction.
Location: Train station and ferry docks were just a couple blocks. Tons of restaurants and excellent shopping.
The hotel would have gotten a full 5 rating on all accounts, but the carpet and furniture were filthy and that turned me off. Nice staff at the front desk, although I believe one person isn't enough to handle all the check-ins and the questions that they get bombarded with.
