Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. This was highly Unusual but I did my due diligence and they were a real company. On checkout it was confirmed I'd receive my deposit but it has taken well over a month to finally receive the funds. I received 6 emails during our stay with reminders of house rules, checkout procedures and even asking for reviews feom the 3rd party company...even though that is all done through Expedia anyway. Not cool, stressful comms and ridiculously expensive when they tie up an additional chunk of money for a month after staying. The property is ok, newly renovated but very cheaply so toilet door jams, there are exposed brackets on walls where shelves were/should be. Cheaper and nicer properties are available on the same street and over in Half Moon Bay. Avoid this pripand specifically the 3rd party company involved with it....The Stay Hub.
