"Just don’t. Maybe a 2 star on a good day. Staff was unhelpful and sometimes rude. Arrived at the restaurant at 8:29 looking for a pizza. They were premade, sitting in the display case. “Kitchen closes at 8:30 and it takes 10 minutes to cook”. Restaurant hours are 9m…. Room was supposed to be “deluxe “ and paid extra for it. Tiny and dingy. At the “free” breakfast coffee is $8. The food looked nasty and tasty nasty, what little there was. . Wife resorted to corn flakes. Hotel appears to be managed by someone who is too cheap to be in the hotel business. Felt unsafe outside, with the amount of security in the hotel. "

"Very basic but comfortable. Lots of dents in walls and fridge and couches need updating. Bathroom was good. Bed was comfortable. Got a bit loud in corridor after midnight then my door handle was turned with sonebody trying to get in. Remember to lock door when you get inside! Dodgy people in carpark, unsure if its emergency housing.. "

"Very friendly and helpful front desk staff and excellent location. Room comfy and quiet and i appreciated the microwave and coffee espresso machine. There were a couple of stains on carpet and I think there should have been more milk and kitchen accessories available eg bottle opener and spoons to stir hot drinks!"

"Clean, great location and excellent communication! It’s close to the parks and shops so we were actually able to walk to a lot of places. Sam was very responsive. Excellent hospitality!"

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole house was clean. There were no stairs which was a plus. Plenty of parking. Location was great, close to Manukau City and Botany Downs. Definitely recommend "
