"First of all the air conditioner did not work outside. Air was in the 95 a room. Temperature was 85 very dirty look like it never been clean call the front desk. They couldn’t help us cause the manager was gone. Maintain people were gone and did not offer another room overall was a very poor experience."

"Everything was as advertised and it’s a reasonable place for the money. The only reason I gave it a couple of three stars was because they’re undergoing some renovation work and the elevator didn’t work. The rooms are generous and size and comfortable."

"Our room (434) must be directly next to the water lines for the building. There was a sound of running water 24/7 and was very difficult to sleep through. Separately, this hotel has awful wifi. When we asked the front desk about the wifi password, she said it was public and there was no secure network, and spoke to us rudely and with a serious attitude, as if we were asking an outlandish question. I would not have booked a hotel without a reliable and secure wifi network, as I had work to do on this trip. I ended up having to go to a coffee shop to use their wifi for hours. Great location, but don’t expect wifi, or silent nights."
