no maid service. i was there 4 nights. no breakfast as advertised, they did have coffee though. not good coffee but coffee. i expected more than they delivered.

I am so sorry about your experience during your stay with us. Unfortunately we do not offer room service while a guest is in the room we do have anything you need at the front desk such as sheets, towels, and trash bags available to you upon request. We also only do a grab and go breakfast with granola bars and coffee as advertised on our website. Sorry again for any confusion.

I try to check in an hour coz I was so tired but I was told that I have to pay extra $30. The bath tub was scary that when you are taking shower the tub was broken that you might fall down

The rumor was disgusting that had dirty sheets piss on the mattress spring and on my duvet I was there for about 10 minutes and I left they don't even offer for money back there was the dirtiest hotel that I oversee just disgusting do not go there you might catch a disease

I'm sorry you were disappointed by the room an I wish you could have let the front desk know you were unsatisfied with your room so we could have taken care of that at the property.

At check in we noticed a paper that said "we don't serve breakfast" even though that was part of our reservation. I was told the wrong room number, so when I used my key card the room door opened and I found a person sleeping in that room. I went back to the front desk and was told the right number and there the key worked as well. At 3 am, my family and I were rudely awakened by yelling and screaming in Spanish, like there was a brawl right outside of our room, which lasted till 4 am. In the morning I wanted to make a cup of coffee, only to find the coffee pot having dried up gunk in it. I would NOT reccommend this hotel to anyone
