Great location, excellent room with balcony. Well tended plants on the balcony added to the appeal. The room was well equipped clean and comfortable.The efficient electronic access system and regular remote communication with Bob W staff made us feel at home and looked after.

Very convenient location, outside the main tourist traps but with a vibrant nightlife and options for eating out, cafes and bars, not to mention the bookshops and other shopping options. Very clean rooms, easy contactless access, kitchenette to prepare a light meal and warm drinks. It’s the third time we stay in this hotel in 12 months, it’s our main option for Athens.

We stayed for 7 days in apartment 24. Amazing service and attention to detail. Would highly recommend and happy to stay again. Staff were very helpful for the best spots to see in Athens. Coffee machine and polaroid camera were a nice touch.

All staff were incredible. Extremely helpful, kind, and genuine. Both the young man in front lobby and especially the housekeeper. She went above and beyond to help us although she was extremely busy. They should both be commended for exceptional service. We stayed 6/25 - 6/27/24.

The property was disappointing and certainly not 'luxury' as the name suggests. The apartment we were allocated wasn't very clean, particularly the bathroom and there was dust everywhere suggesting it's been empty for a while? It had a kitchenette but no table and chairs to sit at. The pictures of the view from the balcony are completely misleading, the view is of buildings across the road about 10 metres away. The pictures of the front of the hotel give the appearance of space and outdoor seating. There is no outdoor seating and you wouldn't want to sit outside the road is quite grotty. The surrounding area wasn't particularly nice, the apartment is about 5-10 minutes walk away from tourist areas, which are far nicer. The best feature of the apartment is the air conditioning which worked really well.

The pictures online are not reflective of the reality. It’s in a really grotty run down part of Athens. There’s no reception and nobody on site to help with anything. The bed is so low down it’s barely a mattress with a tiny thin base. So difficult to get in and especially out of. Not great

The hotel was called a completely different name. When I asked to print off my boarding pass for my flight the staff refused to help me and couldn’t recommend anywhere. Staff were shouting and arguing in the lobby. Not a good first impression. The room was lovely and clean!

Check-in was easy and the front desk was extremely helpful. We arrived early in the day thanks to flying in from the US overnight, and they had a room waiting for us. This allowed us to drop off our luggage and equilibrate a little before heading out into Athens. The front desk highlighted places we should visit, as well as sending us to a close store to trade out our US sim card for a Greek Cosmote sim card. The room was on the smallish side, but had a wonderful balcony and was completely clean and modernized. The area around the hotel was mixed; some areas seemed safe and clean, others a little dirty and iffy? Again, the front desk was helpful as they directed us which parts of town to visit and which to be wary of. We were able to arrange transportation with their help as well, and it was once again excellent. Overall a very positive experience!
