Even arriving after hours, I was able to contact a staff to let me inside the building. The building was clean as well as the room. It was quiet for the most part, however at some point you might hear other tenants from the other room. The staff was very friendly overall.

Ciel Suites was great, the room was very nice, well lit, comfortable and modern. The front desk was very welcoming and pointednthe sites tonus on a map and recommended food places and rooftop bars for us. The Ciel Suites are ideally located about 20 min walk from the Acropolis site and right in the middle of the fun about a minute away from Monastiraki plaza, Metro and Hadrian's Library archeological site. Located very near a lot of restaurants and shops. Totally recommended ...

An average hotel in an excellent location

The location is excellent as many reviews mentioned. It is close to Monastiraki Square with plenty of restaurants/cafes and shops within 15-20 mins of walking distance. During our stay, we could hear an annoying beeping sound from outside the window at night. We believe it's from a shop alarm nearby. Another issue was that the AC struggled to keep the room cool if we left the room more than a few hours because the room power was turned off with the room keycard removed. As far as the services go, the staffs were nice and helpful, but the in-room tea bags/coffee pods were not refilled daily. Btw, the airport shuttle service was nothing more than a taxi arranged/booked by the staffs. IMO, it should not be considered a shuttle service. So it's a bit overstated as a "main amenity".

Staffs are very nice to explain everything I need to know, and thoughtful help for my need! very good service to reserve transportations from airport to hotel, to port. It is a great location for shopping, dinning. walkable distance to Acropolis museum! Room condition is good; but I do not expect to have ants & dust on the floor. Overall I like this hotel.

Convenient hotel to stay

Easy access to the main attractions in Athens. Ciels is surrounded by restaurants, shopping & cafe. Staff are friendly & nice. Room can be a little small if you have big family. But overall its good nothing too concerning
