Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Travelers Beware This property on Expedia looks luxurious, however the bed linen is less standard the mattress shallow to the bed frame the towels smelt of cigarette, contactless check in not so great access with large luggage. Beware of the property hidden charges on top of the room charge I booked at 128 euro to be then charged a further 60 euro for room cleaning prior to my arrival and after my departure but during my stay so effectively they stitch you up with 30 euro before you arrive that the last customer has also paid for. I had no WIFI the hot water is on a timer of around 1 minute then reverts to cold the toiletries are from a supermarket and left overs from other hotels. I took a quilt bedding from the cupboard to place on the bed and this had red stains on it. I went to turn a lamp on and this did not have a globe. The hosts don’t like to be of service and don’t respect or respond to their guests even to Expedia when I had no wee else to turn to rebut these hidden extortion charges I would never have booked the stay if the charges were transparent these people need to be accountable for this kind of unfairness to vulnerable travellers the completely disregard Expedia and hung up on them twice when challenged about the over charges. I have travelled to many countries and this has been the worst hosted accommodation and treatment I have been faced with it left a bad taste for me for the Greek community. I could not wait to exit this toxic property and its bad vibes
