The unit was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Free washer/dryer in the building and a gym. Neighborhood was very safe and conveniently located to metro station and to the main attractions. The host is very nice and very responsive. Pleasant stay!

Three couples stayed in three bedrooms. The rooms were very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood. The metro station was only a 7–8 minute walk away, and major tourist attractions were just 15–20 minutes on foot. Definitely a place I’d recommend to others.

The property was very clean and spacious for a studio! You have the option to cook there and plenty of storage for clothes. The instructions to enter the building were very clear and the property manager always responded promptly. The local was great as it was more quiet from the center, however you could easily take the metro/bus which was only about a 10-12 minute walk. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful roomy residence with a well supplied kitchen. Communication with the owner was excellent and she responded quickly to our messages and brought extra garbage bags when asked.. Lots of outlets, quick walk to markets and bus stops, comfortable bed, excellent shower. There are free laundry facilities on the lower floor. Any street noise wasn't bothersome at all. Would stay here again.

Property was perfect for our needs during our stay in Athens and placed us in a quiet area that we could still walk to the main attractions / areas. Although we didn’t cook the Kitchen had lots of appliances and ample utensils — could have used a pair of scissors. AC worked well and was very appreciative during our August visit. Bed situation was a bit tricky to get in/ out and make, but overall our stay was great. Hosts were amazing and replied quickly to any request we had. Great good recommendations as well!

Spacious place with good security

We enjoyed the unit and felt the place was clean and comfortable. It isn’t in the hustle and bustle, which meant we could always find street parking, and was only a short uber ride from the main attractions. It may take a bit to secure an uber if you’re there during peak(hot) tourist season, but with our group, we needed the convenience of uber so we didn’t have to find parking in city center. The gym and playground downstairs were nice extra features but the outdoor space wasn’t as pictured. No cushions or hanging seat and the hanging pots weren’t maintained. We really only used it to hang laundry which was unfortunate because I thought it would be a nice oasis in the morning/evening. Our host was amazing with communication! Loved the coffee shop Ubuntu and bakery Oliver’s that were walking distance.

Property Seems to Lack Regular Maintenance

I have the impression that a couple of years ago (perhaps around 2020), the owner made a huge investment in the rooms, but since then, no maintenance has been carried out. In my studio, a lot of things were broken and/or not functioning properly: 1) the glass box in the wash was not closing properly (making the water spill out to the bathroom floor); 2) one handle in the box was broken; 3) hangers in the bathroom were loose; 4) the lid for the batteries in the remote control was sloppily glued with a sticky black tape; 5) the mechanism that should allow the TV to go around the living room and bedroom was loose and could not stand still in any of the rooms. It was clear that all of these issues were not new - most of them were clearly old, but they were never fixed. I reported the issues and they offered to send someone to take a look, but when on a vacation (AND WHEN YOU CHOOSE A HIGHLY RATED PROPERTY), you expect the room to be neat and functional and not to make your vacation around a day/time that the “handyman" can come over to fix problems that never should be there in the first place. The high rating seems to derive from the "golden era" of this property, which seems to be sloppily managed nowadays, unfortunately. However, the location is very good and the neighbourhood has a lot of restaurants and stores, very close to the metro station as well.

We stayed there for a couple of nights. The place is amazing. The apartment is clean, modern and well maintain. It has a large balcony with nice overlook. There are a couple of grocery stores and amazing bakeries around. The place is walkable to the acropolis and also easily accessible by Ubers and taxis. The communication with the management team was flawless. They answered my questions on WhatsApp all the time immediately

Loved the basement play area for kids and fact that we could access the basement (toilet, play area, laundry) before we could even check in. Was so nice after a very early flight. We used Uber but seems 10min walk to metro. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean facilities and good communication.
