We loved the look of the property...the hotel was beautiful with a great rooftop bar/restaurant...great location...the concierge was a wonderful help...he had great city tips, friendly, helpful when we found our flight was 4 hours delayed. The staff on the rooftop in the evening and morning were absolutely amazing...our 6 and 10 year old will never forget this trip

My husband and I stayed here 5 days celebrating our anniversary in Athens. We couldn’t have been happier! The reception, the cleaning..everything was top notch. We liked the location, being about a 20 minute Walk to major sites. I am OCD about cleanliness and the mansion luxury suites exceeded expectations. Wow so much good to say! The lovely woman who did our breakfast every morning started our days off right. And the view of Acropolis from the rooftop is phenomenal.. we loved it here and would return for another stay!

The location of the hotel was right in the center of Athens. Most of the attractions could be accessed by walking, but if you wanted to, you could use the Hop on Hop off bus to access attractions. The staff at the hotel were exceptional!! Every single staff member that we encountered were extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only down side to the hotel was the graffiti (Art) on the exterior walls at street level. Above the street level, the Hotel was absolutely beautiful. The near by church bells ring every hour on the hour and once at every half past the hour until 20:00 hours. The rooms have ear plugs available if the bells bother you, but to be honest, it was kind of soothing to hear the church bells ring. The church bells didn't bother us a bit. We were usually back to the hotel after 20:00 hours anyway. The church bells usually started around 07:00. Athens is on a grid system for the most part and is very easy to get around. Manisraki (sp) Square was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Syntagma Square was about 10 - 15 minute walk from the hotel, but lot's to look at while walking. The open market is a block away and is a great experience to walk through. Prices were very reasonable for most things because there was so much competition. A lot of locals also shopped at the open market. I highly recommend The Athens Mansion Luxury Suites Hotel and would stay there again in a heart beat.
