This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the Paxton Key app, which must be downloaded on your phone (Bluetooth capable) to access the parking lot and building. Your email address is REQUIRED for the Paxton Credential. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).
This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.
