The staff was super nice, but the room smelled like cigarette smoke. There were several cigarette butts around the perimeter of the back patio area. The pillows were not full size but the size of a sofa pillow, which was a little odd/unexpected. Blankets were very light. That said, we didn’t take time to check at the front desk for availability of more blankets or standard size pillows, which they may have offered upon request. The room didn’t offer streaming services but seemed to be the older cable type of entertainment. There was a sock under the bed from a previous guest, and a little mold in the bathroom. It was fine for our purposes this trip, but not worth the cost for a return visit. Especially since we booked a non-smoking room.

It is an older motel, could use some remodeling, and fresh paint. My bed was not very comfortable, saggy where body's wore down each side of bed and hot water in shower was just warm enough to get by with but not very hot. The fridge was very cold which is good and the location very convenient next to freeway, air condition worked well. And the price was very reasonable.The staff was helpful. All things considered, I would stay here again.

Counters in the bathroom were very dirty, we had to wipe them done. Paint and woodwork were in bad shape. Curtains had stains. Very old microwave. No telephone or coffee maker in room. I have traveled all over the country for the last 45 years on business trips and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Plus they charged way too much for the room @ $179 night w/tax, outrageous... Inside and outside picture on Expedia looked good. Our room didn't come any where close to that picture. You need to take this property off of your list. We took pictures if you want to see them. Today on Expedia it's only $73. We got ripped off and pissed off!

EV charging

Overall staff are nice. But disappointed with false advertising. The hotel is outdated. Old. And they claim to have EV chargers - which is why I booked it. I got there with no battery left on my Lucid. And to my surprise- they only have Tesla chargers! I asked for cancellation and refund they declined. The staff was professional and nice. But declined. Hotels.com were nice and helped me cancel. I wish the hotel was more upfront with their advertising. There are more than 15 other car EV companies out there that are not Tesla and they use different connector , and yet they choose to serve only Tesla charger - a bit weird ? And no mention of it in their advertising?

No communication to lobby from inside room

I am a frequent business traveler. Nice hotel but a little odd. No telephones in the room to communicate with office staff. After 9pm office was closed and I tried calling from my cell and no response after 30 rings. I had to go outside to an outside lobby call button outside the locked office to get assistance. Not safe for a female needing help..What if there was some sort of emergency? Lucky I am a male looking to refill my kleenex box and get extra soap

The hotel was descent I’d say the only up side was it was very close to everything and that the staff was very considerate. I stayed here 2 nights and 3 days for my anniversary and the first room they gave us had a broken tv and it smelled like they sprayed something to cover a nasty smell. The next room was fine until we got the first set of neighbors and the girlfriend was looking over there balcony into our room which was very strange since the guy had already saw us earlier that day walk into the hotel room next to him and then the next night we got new neighbors and it was a dad and his son and the dad was drinking beer and we could smell the cigarettes he was smoking and the next morning we could hear him throwing up but then again that’s not the staffs fault just my experience here. Also we did have cockroaches in the second room as well.

Great staff

The hotel was nice. Really big rooms. But the floor was filthy. Our feet were black every time we walked in there. Zero water pressure it took 10 minutes just to wash soap off my kid. Staff was really nice. Very friendly all of them. If you have a bad back do not stay here. The beds are so bad i went out and bought an air mattress just to get some sleep.
