Esta impresionante casa personalizada de 5500 pies cuadrados está ubicada en 11 acres a las afueras de los límites de la ciudad de Arroyo Grande. Nuestra casa cuenta con una piscina climatizada de agua salada, bañera de hidromasaje, gimnasio completo, cancha de baloncesto, área al aire libre para hoyo de maíz, ping pong y pura relajación ... ¡un refugio perfecto para familiares y amigos! Ubicada en la deseable costa central de California, nuestra casa se encuentra en lo alto de las colinas y tiene hermosas vistas al océano, así como infinitas vistas al valle.
Situado a solo minutos de playas, lagos, impresionantes senderos para caminatas con espectaculares vistas al mar, restaurantes, bodegas de clase mundial, parque de toboganes, tirolesa y campo de cuerdas, así como la hermosa villa histórica de Arroyo Grande. La costa central se ha convertido en un lugar deseable para las bodas más espectaculares y nuestra casa se ha convertido en el lugar perfecto para alojar a familiares y amigos que viajan aquí. ¡Un destino de vacaciones más memorable!

Nuestra casa es de 2 pisos con dos juegos de escaleras. El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el primer piso junto con la familia, la habitación, la sala de estar, la cocina y el lavadero. El segundo piso consta de 3 habitaciones con baños, altillo, sala adicional de 1000 pies cuadrados y gimnasio. ¡Te sentirás como si estuvieras en un spa mientras te relajas y experimentas la piscina climatizada de agua salada, las tumbonas, la mesa de fuego, la cancha de baloncesto y las vistas por millas!

No hay aire acondicionado ... la mayoría de los hogares en la costa central no los tienen porque el clima tiene un promedio de 70 grados durante todo el año. Es lo que hace que esta área sea tan deseable.

Everything we needed to to prepare, cook and clean up our meals was provided. The hostess was so organized that many took pictures of her drawer organizers, storage ideas and kitchen gadgets. A beautiful house with beautiful views and everything you need for your stay in this central California Coastal Paradise. Definitely returning here soon!

Great house!

This was a perfect place for a family reunion. The website pictures are accurate - if anything, they undersell the house, yard and views. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Main suggestion for improvement: more towel hooks in the bathrooms :) Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We loved everything about this place. There were so many fun things to do. Also, the way every room was set up, made us feel like we were right at home. Wonderful stay for college reunion

A group of 16 of us had a great time getting together for a 20 year college reunion. The heated pool, the basketball court, the pickleball, ping pong and pool table were all put to good use. The kitchen is well stocked and the owners were extremely thoughtful to make sure you have plenty of towels and sheets. The view is incredible and we are already thinking about when we can come back!

The Most Amazing Property!

We loved our stay at this property. From the welcome snacks and goodies to the breathtaking views, this house was amazing. We made the best memories here and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. The house is somehow even better in person than in the pictures. Will definitely be returning here some day.

An Oasis with it all.

I thoroughly recommend this Oasis. We spent the weekend here and didn't leave once. The heated pool was amazing and so was the pickleball court. The hosts have really thought of everything when it comes to activities. I am very much looking forward to heading back there soon.

Graduation Retreat

My family booked the home for graduation as we had several coming for graduation. It was an amazing retreat and place to hang out and relax. Everything is as advertised plus more. We loved hanging by the fire pit, visiting and looking at the views. Would love to come again some day.

Top of the Mountain

This amazing home is on top of the mountain. There are views from every window. The kitchen has everything you can possibly need to make a simple breakfast to an extravagant dinner. The backyard views are spectacular. The pool was the perfect temperature and the jacuzzi was also heated perfectly. I would highly recommended this home for a couple or a whole family reunion.

Family getaway

This house was perfect for our 3 generational family getaway! The house had plenty of room for our family (7 adults and 4 teens). The kids loved the pool, spa, ping pong table and pool table! We all loved the pickle ball court and we ended up playing it every day! So much fun. This house has plenty of activities for the whole family. We cooked most of our meals at the house and loved the Blackstone grill and wood burning BBQ! Thank you to Patty and the family for an amazing stay!

Amazing Oasis for Family Trip

This home was an ideal setting for our annual family gathering. The host made us feel right at home. She was responsive to any questions we had and added special touches that made us feel so welcome. The outside spaces were perfect for teenagers and adults alike. The pool was amazing. The views are spectacular. The home is extremely clean, spacious and well stocked. It is clear that Patty and her family take great care to maintain the home and it's charm. There was plenty of room for us to spread out in the home or to be together. Fantastic stay! Will visit again!!

Our extended family just stayed here for a long weekend and had such a wonderful time! The host, Patty, has thought of everything! The home is beautiful and there are so many fun activities in the house, particularly the pool, hot tub, and Pickleball were big hits with our multi-age group! You really don’t need to leave, but if you do, the beach is not far and the small towns nearby are quaint and seem inviting. The kitchen is so well stocked that we happily cooked every meal and enjoyed comfortable al fresco meals nightly utilizing the many dining and seating areas. Patty was also incredibly accessible and answered all questions very promptly and kindly. Would love to make visiting this lovely home an annual tradition!

Amazing Accommodation

This property is amazing! We were a group of 5 couples celebrating three "big" birthdays. There was ample space, lots to do, and every amenity you could think of available(hair ties!). The host was super responsive and gave us recommendations for a private chef, wine tours, and on site yoga. We had a blast! The property is as described and frankly is more beautiful in person--the views are incredible. The pool, fire puts(multiple), yard games, outdoor furniture, and multiple "hang out" spots were used by us ALOT. It was easy to get transport to the AG Village and Pismo too. Perfect place for a birthday weekend.

Family well needed trip

We have planned this trip a year ago. We have all looked at the website numerous times to see the amazing things to come. Everything was exactly what was in the website. I have 7 adults and 4 kids and the adults played so hard we all took naps. The pool was the big highlight ..then Pickle ball new to all of us , best game out there. The night lights were great cause evenings were cooler. My grandchild love finding the wild life illinois didn’t have. They enjoyed ping pong with me ,grandma...I love that it was away from town. Sceneries were amazing. Can’t say enough about this place. Thanks so much Patti, the complimentary wine and bread were a wonderful bonus. Highly Recommend ❤️

Secluded luxury resort with lots of amenities

We recently stayed at this property and it was a delightful experience from the moment we arrived until we departed. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with two loaves of specialty bread, beer, wine, seltzer drinks and so much more. The place has everything one needs from small kitchen appliances to silverware, glassware, k-cups, spices, cookware, board games, cards, pool table, etc. That is just inside the house. Exit the back door and you find yourself in a luxury resort with a large (and well heated) swimming pool, hot tub, chaise lounges, patio furniture, heat lamps, fire tables, basketball/pickleball court, axe throwing (safe plastic set), ping pong, corn hole, and so on. If outside cooking is your thing, there is a Traeger smoker, wood burning fire pit, Blackstone griddle, and BBQ grill. The home easily accommodated 14 of us and we had a fantastic time. Patty was great too… she was very responsive with any questions and requests. In fact she purchased a waffle iron for us to use so that our kids could make breakfast. Wonderful experience. Incredible property. Great memories. Would definitely stay here again!

Wish We Could Stay Longer

Oasis is really a very accurate word to describe this property. Every year, our family and 3 other families go on a trip together. This was the first year we booked something in the Central Coast and we're so glad we did. This property is beautiful with amazing views and a lot of amenities. It is well maintained, very clean and charmingly decorated. The pool is definitely a centerpiece of the property - we found ourselves not needing/wanting to go out because we all just wanted to hang around the pool and the house with all the different activities on-site. Everyone had fun playing pickle ball and basketball. There are thoughtful touches throughout the property like having a seating area that faces the sunrise. There is an array of different outdoor cooking grills - a regular propane grill, a wood-fired grill, a pellet smoker and a flattop griddle. Patricia, the host, is kind and very responsive. We had a lot of questions before we got up to the house and every time, she responded within an hour. At the end of our time, several people in our group expressed that they wished they could stay longer which is the best endorsement that I can think of.

We will be back!

This is one property and home where pictures cannot capture the true elegance and beauty of the property. Add the world class service provided by the owner and you have a can't miss opportunity for a great time in the Arroyo Grande/SLO/Pismo area. Were in town for our sons wedding. We housed 4 generations in this home. We were very busy with wedding events but still found time to play pickle ball, swim and enjoy ending each evening in the hot tube watching the stars and moon rise over the ridge to the east. We will be back!
