Room could have been cleaned better . Think a/c filter needed cleaning. Spa turned itself off after approx 10 minutes the first time we used it and about 30 minutes the second Still enjoyed our stay

Patly Hill Farm
We were welcomed warmly. A beautiful view from our room. The bed was so comfortable, we slept soundly ready to wake up for the great cooked breakfasts. Many options of condiments, most home made.
