TrĂšs belle maison bien situĂ©e et prĂšs des commerces : boulangerie, traiteurs variĂ©s, pharmacie, petit supermarchĂ© etc...Seul bĂ©mol la maison a 2 chambres pour couple, la troisiĂšme avec les chat-lits est pour des enfants et non pour adultes : pas d’éclairage au dessus des lits qui sont courts donc pour petite taille.Donc pour 4 adultes et deux enfants Tout le reste est parfait.

La maison est au calme est Ă  15mn Ă  pied du centre plage. On y accĂšde par une promenade le long de la mer. À proximitĂ© petits commerces.Un seul petit bĂ©mol ; mauvaise rĂ©ception des chaĂźnes TV et pas de wifi

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die NĂ€he zum Strand und auch zu Spanien ist fantastisch. Außerhalb der Saison war es sehr ruhig und erholsam. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld war sehr nett. Die nette Dame vor Ort ist wirklich Gold wert. Selbst bei Problemen und Fragen erhĂ€lt man jederzeit eine schnelle Antwort bzw. Hilfe. Wir können dieses schöne Ferienhaus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen. Es war sehr ordentlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet und ist fĂŒr Familien sehr gut geeignet. FĂŒr Erwachsene stehen sogar 2 FahrrĂ€der zur VerfĂŒgung Vielen Dank fĂŒr die Gastfreundlichkeit! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e, Ă  2 pas de la mer et proche des commoditĂ©s. Tout peut se faire Ă  pieds. Nancy qui gĂšre la location est sympathique et rĂ©active. Nous recommandons cette location sans hĂ©sitation, le seul petit bĂ©mol Ă©tant le matelas de la chambre du fond qui mĂ©riterait d’ĂȘtre remplacĂ©.

Maison spacieuse et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Excellent rapport QualitĂ©/prix. Nous n'avons manquĂ© de rien ! A notre arrivĂ©e, les lits Ă©taient faits, le linge de toilette prĂȘt et les armoires remplies des petits biens de premiĂšre nĂ©cessitĂ© (papier toilette, sopalin, sel/poivre, eau, huile d'olive, Ă©pices,...). La villa est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, dans un quartier calme : Ă  5min Ă  pied de la boulangerie, de la plage... et d'un point de vente de la coopĂ©rative viticole d'Argeles ! Que demander de plus ? VĂ©randa trĂšs agrĂ©able pour l'apĂ©ro ou la petite sieste de l'aprĂšs-midi ! Climatisation fonctionnelle et efficace. Echanges courtois avec le propriĂ©taire ainsi qu'avec la personne chargĂ©e de l'accueil sur place. Petit point d'amĂ©lioration : le matelas de la chambre du fond, qui semble avoir "fait son temps". Nous recommandons, et envisageons clairement de revenir !!!

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour et avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueilli. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, il manquerait peut-etre idĂ©alement quelques couverts supplĂ©mentaires pour Ă©viter de faire fonctionner le lave-vaisselle trop souvent. Le matelas de la chambre du fond serait Ă  changer bientĂŽt. Sinon, le reste est impeccable, avec mĂȘme des jeux et 2 vĂ©los Ă  disposition. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Le confort à proximité de tout

La maison est trÚs agréable. Tout est refait à neuf. La piÚce à vivre est spacieuse, lumineuse et bien équipée. Nous sommes venus pour le Pont de Mai et le quartier était calme. La maison est toute proche de la plage, deux trois minutes à pied en ligne droite. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement! Deux des trois chambres sont confortables, un petit bémol pour le lit en 160 qui fait cuvette en son centre.
