"First off, I booked on Expedia. I get to the motel and was met with a rude manager that said I have to pay a $25 incident fee for any damages, which I’ve never encountered before. The toilet barely flushed after my wife’s simple urination.
Then in the am I go to take a shower and it wouldn’t get hot. Deficated in toilet and it wouldn’t flush. Now I’m charged $25 for a toilet that wouldn’t flush before I even got there. Total scam. Total scam. Total scam. I will be reporting this location to the franchise board for inspection and violation of general amendments.
I wonder how many people they do this to!!!
I do not recommend. Negative stars. "
