"The front desk clerk that helped us was excellent. We arrived at around 1:30pm on 6/22 and she was very helpful. Helped put all our luggage in a holding room until check in time. Even my adult kids baggage’s who were not registered I. The hotel but visiting us for a couple of hours until they left for the airport. She was really nice. I would have liked that breakfast be included in the room rate but it wasn’t. And I did not want to pay 15 euros extra each for eggs and pastries and coffee. Did not see it as value."

"This place was fantastic to the point that within about 1 hour of arriving we booked an extra night. We had to move to a smaller unit for our last night but we loved it so much we didn't care. Our first few nights we in Hu Stay XL Plus and it was awesome. So much room, AC in the bedrooms, full washroom on both sides, deck to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Our last night we stayed in the Hu Stay Smart S which is a single room with a King and single bed, washroom, and bar fridge. The office was super nice and froze our ice packs for travel the next day. Laundry facilities that are easy to use (instructions in several languages). Good restaurant and buffet breakfast. The shuttle to Venice was 2.50E each way and was very convenient. All in all, this is a fantastic place to stay for all ages. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Venice."
