The hotel is beautiful. The grounds and setting are very well maintained. Dinner was excellent in the restaurant. Overall our stay was a great experience.

Wonderful hotel, warm and welcoming. Room and bed very comfortable and perfect spot for walking to all the major spots in Segovia. Easy parking option. Breakfast room and bar lovely with a good selection. Very happy overall.

The room was too hot and the a/c seems it was not working. I called the front desk and the answer was that tge a/c was set for the whole building hot or cold and now it was hot.

The bread products everyday are stale, dry and tough In short the hotel’s gastronomy is very disappointing experience right down to the wobbly, useless bamboo prongs at the breakfast buffet. "
