So-so stay

It was a nice stay. Check in wasn’t terrible but not as fast as I thought it would be due to the computers needing to reload which isn’t the workers fault. Property had charged for electric cars but there was a $15 fee which was a surprise. Also, a parking fee that was not noted on the booking site and the young man was nice enough to say I wouldn’t be charged. Unfortunately the hotel was not as quiet as we thought it would be either, ppl next door were up all night till 7am on the deck partying. Thankfully we were pottery exhausted from a long day that we knocked out eventually.

I like that the fitness center is 24 hours even though we didn’t use it. The room is spacious but the only thing is that the heater was not warming after the second day.

Very dirty, smells horrible. And very expensive for the this level of hotel. And this is not an actual hotel but this is a motel. If it names itself as motel then it will suit its condition. Please dont take your family here. And I am pretty sure you can find better place than this for same or slightly higher amount. And each higher amount will be worth it in your life to escape this. I made huge mistake to book this for 3 days. And they wouldn’t refund when i ask them to checkout early as it is not a good place.

I needed two more towels as our reservation was for 4 people. The sign at the front desk says towels available at anytime . Asked for two more , half hour later they still didnt have any available. My wife and two daughters are here for a funeral and had to share two towels after we all showered. :)

Is was disappointing

We’re here for a NCAA Volleyball Tournament and it’s 3 days event when I checked In front desk was very nice, after the tournament we got back to the hotel around 10 there was a bunch of guys hanging around by our door and next door guest was having party so about 12pm noise was so bad and my daughter who have a tournament the next day coudnt get sleep due to the noise we didn’t n complain we let it go. But the next day Sunday nite we got back to the hotel around 10:45 due to tournament was a little delayed n we just wanted to shower and sleep but around I was about to take a shower 11pm the hotel didn’t have a power we waited 11:30, 12, 12:30 my phone got 3% battery spoke to the front desk and told me he don’t know what was happening and trying to call the manager n not answering so around 12:45 I had to make a decision to get a room next door and cost me $169 plus tax due to the room was dark coudnt take a shower our phone is died and coudnt charge the agent that work at the front desk that he doesn’t and can’t tell us when will be the light be fix. So at this point we just want to shower and get ready for another tournament r Tomorrow the front desk lady who help us check out from our room 111 she will come contact her boss and let us know what happen or what can he do to compensate us for all the trouble
