The place had decent reviews when I booked. I was disappointed. Room was not as clean as I would expect. Front desk staff hard to locate. Breakfast, poor quality. There is major road construction surrounding the property. Perhaps that was limiting business. I left 2 days early.

Thumbs down. We had leftover garbage in our room. The wall had tape from the previous guests along with confetti on the floor. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff was friendly. Hair in the tub. The carpet by the elevator was filthy.

We have stayed here multiple times as it is close to family members that live in Wisconsin and convenient for us. Our experience has always been very positive, the only thing I could really say is that the property needs a little uplift. We stayed in room 111. And there were multiple spots on the walls that had been touched up with a penny that did not match. I had brought my computer with me and was doing work in the room over the days we stayed there and the Office chair was in very poor condition. I actually let the front desk know they should throw it away after we finished our stay. I would stay here again with no concerns. It’s conveniently located and is a nice place.

Got a dirty room, breakfast was empty until we found someone to ask to put food out, pool area was dirty with rust furniture and dirty floors, bathroom was out of order. Hotel smelt really bad. The lobby was pretty but the rest of the hotel was dirty and outdated. Beer cans and dirt all over the stairways.

Breakfast was good, but before we could leave the room, a staff member just walked in our room without even knocking, but she did announce she was staff. We didn’t have the door locked. Or the hasp lock security connected that was our fault. Otherwise, everything else good she did apologize multiple times when checking out.

The gym lock was broken, the front entrance door had difficulty close/open, the hot tub was unclean and the bubbles did not work. There was a snow storm, did not remove snow until late the following day then got plowed in. The manager was kind, but the circumstances left a lot to be desired.
