"A fire alarm went off at 5:30 am. We didn't need to evacuate, but it was long enough and loud enough that I was out of bed and couldn't fall back asleep. Then we had no hot water. Then we had no water at all ... And zero communication from the hotel. Apparently a pipe burst, causing the alarm and lack of water, but I only found out because I called the front desk to find out what was going on. Plus someone entered our room while we were gone and had the Do Not Disturb sign up. Positives: Breakfast was good, free parking."

"To start off there was a sign that said " be back in 15mins. Leave your key in basket" sign was still there next day. Man at front desk seemed irritated. I asked for a king room bottom floor. What I got was a 3rd floor room next to freeway. Never could go to sleep as listened to traffic all night. Hotel phone didn't work so had to use my cell phone to ask for bath towels, kleenex & coffee cups., after 45mins we got thin small bath towels (2) and then 15min later got cups. Never got kleenex. Room seemed freshly painted but floor hadn't been cleaned as I found numerous pills on floor near the bed ( not mine). Shower was missing a door so water came out onto floor. Shower water handle fell off repeatedly when trying to turn on & off. Noticed the window on a ground floor room had been broken and there was glass all over the walkway in front of room. They should eliminate some of the furniture in the room making it easier to move in the room. Upon check out I noticed that the vehicle that was parked in the driveway to hotel belonged to the guy at front desk and was still there. The 15 min sign was still there. I waited about 5 mins and he got out of his car and asked me what I needed. Told him I needed to check out & would like my receipt and he said it would be emailed to me. Im still waiting. I would NEVER recommend this place!!!"

"Got to the property early to check in, no rooms were available. Left bags with front desk. Attempted to check in again 15 minutes prior to normal check in time as we had an event to attend. There were still no rooms available. James the front desk employee was unapologetic and did not seem to care that we were being inconvenienced. James said rooms would not be available until past check in time due to full occupancy the night prior. We initially planned getting an uber to our event but because we were unable to check into our room we ended up having to take back our bags and drive to the event. This caused us to have to get ready at the event site. Upon our return to the hotel there was only one working valet and traffic was backed up onto North Main Street. Although the valet gentleman was pleasant and apologetic it was absolute chaos. In addition to this our room was not held even though we made multiple attempts to check in. Therefore, we were placed in what was said to be “the last ‘king’ room available.” This room was not only the smallest and most awkwardly decorated room, the bed size was a queen! Further attempts to get a king room were met with inexcusable justifications from the night crew. In addition to the inhospitable customer service and terrible room, the hotel bar and restaurant were closed! During weekends, there is absolutely no excuse to have your bar/restaurant closed for a majority of the day. All in all, 0/10. Improvements need to be made."
