"Breakfast was terrible - eggs, kielbasa - no bacon, no sausage, no yogurt, no pastries, no pancakes/waffles! Who eats kielbasa for breakfast? Cereal was stale. Breakfast ended at 9:00- even on weekends. We chose not to go back after first day. No coffee in lobby- pulled at 9:00am? Ridiculous… Coffee in room - single serve coffee pot - one coffee pod - one decaf! Room was for two people. Half and half was curdled. Had to throw coffee out - and then we couldn’t get any in the lobby. Ended up at Dennys. Bathroom - in handicap room - bath tub? Grab bars on back wall of bathtub - getting in and out was crazy. Normally hc rooms have only walk-in/wheel in shower. Shower head was for handheld only! Not conducive for standing up to take a shower. TWO bath towels and wash cloths period. No hand towels??? Found a USED diabetic test strip on bathroom floor. Was the bathroom even swept or mopped prior to our arrival? Seems odd this was on the floor if it was properly cleaned. Toilet clogged first day. Took close to two hours for maintenance to come fix it. During which we couldn’t use toilet. Had to call front desk twice. BOTH Card keys stopped working the first day. Went to front desk and was told it was because we had them next to our phones. Nope - not the case. AND both cards stopped working. Impossible for both cards in different locations. Had to hike to get ice. One ice machine for entire complex! On the plus side … bed was comfortable and room was cool enough."

"The hotel is old Everything in one room and outside hallways The rooms are refurbished and clean The bedding is very good Mattress firm but not too firm The front desk staff were friendly enough The towels were standard at best and not very useful Only 6 towels total washcloths & face towels Asked for extra pillows and was told they don't have any extras which I found peculiar The breakfast was centered around waffles cereal and juice Egg entres were microwaved and inedible Coffee was weak Very few choices available The attendants kept the breakfast area very clean The first morning we arrived at breakfast at 9am and there wasn't any fruit set out Ate a yogurt and some cereal I considered it a continental breakfast and it would make sense to market it as such Parking is limited We couldn't park near our room There are no parking spaces at all that were nearby and no spaces near the office Overall the hotel is adequate for 1-2 nights but keep in mind it's a 2.5 ☆ hotel"

"My primary reasons for staying there was that they had the best price, it was easy access to the freeway, and area dining was plentiful and inexpensive. Amenities were of little importance to me, since I just needed a place shower, watch a little TV, grab some chow from a nearby source and get back on the road starting 5:30 am. All my needs were met."
