Clean room. Things not centered- like bathroom mirror. Sits between interstate and Walmart parking lot but fairly quiet. Few lights out in parking lot kinda dark

When we arrived, we received a warm and cheerful greeting from Wendy and her newest team member, Nelson. We were so impressed with their welcoming kindness and recommendation for dinner that evening. The Tavern at St. Clair was every bit as fantastic as they said it would be! The rooms were spotless with modern amenities, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. What a pleasure to stay at the Hampton Inn Pell City! I highly recommend!

Old Dirty Broken

Hotel under construction. I was charged double the price they normally charge. Our toilet leaked. Blinds would not close properly. Carpet was sticky. Our room card had to be reset every day sometimes multiple times a day. I will not choose this hotel again. For a Hilton owned hotel this was probably the worst one we’ve ever stayed at.

Great check-in with Keri, very personable and helpful! She checked me in quickly and made sure everything was perfect. The room was clean, very comfortable, and quiet. Rosita, the dining room attendant was very sweet, and made us feel very special. She accommodated and greeted everyone coming for breakfast, which was amazing, and offering a big variety of breakfast items. Upon check-out, Wendy helped me, and was very professional and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when in the area!
