Too hot to use in summer

Our room was on the roof and facing the afternoon sun. The lack of any cooling made it too hot to use during daylight and my wife had to move to another hotel. I slept there to reduce our doubled cost. The building is much more run down than the photos suggest. We only saw reception open for a few hours near the end of our stay and they we’re not able to provide a fan. There was no kettle and it is necessary to boil water in a saucepan. The location was close to the start of the Tour de France stage and the town centre. Communication was via email but they did not record that I told them there would be a extra person. It didn’t matter because the extra person was also not willing to stay there either after arriving.

J’avais demander un studio pour 3 personnes , il manquait le linge de lit pour mon enfant , il n’y avait pas assez de serviettes Ă  dispositions , c’était notĂ© lit double j’ai eu deux lits collĂ© , une lumiĂšre s’est cassĂ© je n’ai pas pu prĂ©venir l’accueil car elle est toujours fermer , je n’ai pas eu d’eau chaude pendant 1journĂ©e complĂšte et pour finir je devais rendre la chambre un jour fĂ©riĂ© et aucuns moyen de rendre la carte car aucunes indications n’a Ă©tĂ© donner j’ai du me dĂ©brouiller par mes propres moyens .

A FUIR !!

Que dire... appartement pas propre, grosse tache jaunatre dans l'evier, pas de porte sur le meuble de salle de bain, niveau couvert dans la cuisine c'est le struct minimum, seulement 3 fourchettes et autant de couteau... alors qu'on reserve pour 1 couple donc on ne peux pas dejeuner et diner la meme journee il faut obligatoirement faire la vaiselle. Carrelage cassé, sol pas propre, nous n'avions meme pas de balais pour nettoyer nous meme ! De plus et c'est le PONPON !!! Un homme a essayer de rentrer dans notre chambre sans toquer ! Et a insister plusieurs fois d'ouvrir la porte en forcant la poignet en ne toquant toujours pas ! ( heureusement que nous avions mis le verou) Nous lui avons ouvert et ce monsieur est rentrer sans meme notre permission pour aller mettre les portes dans la salle de bain. La moindre des choses aurait etait de prevenir avant de rentrer et de se permettre d'ouvrir notre porte. Nous comprenions mieux pourquoi notre tapis de salle de bain etait degeu en rentrant avec ses chaussures sans meme que nous soyons dans l'appartement !!! Nous aurions pu etre sous la douche sans avoir mis le verou sur la porte ce monsieur serait donc rentrer sans gene. Vous devriez avoir honte de vous introduire comme ca. Plus jamais dans cet hotel

Ne jamais plus réserver dans cet hotel

En arrivant tard nous avons eu la possibilitĂ© de rĂ©cupĂ©rer facilement la clĂ© ce qui a Ă©tĂ© le seul confort de notre sĂ©jour dans cet endroit. On ne peut pas appeler ça un hĂŽtel car aucun personnel netait Ă  laccueil de tout le wkd.ascenseur indiquĂ© absent sur la rĂ©sa, mais au final prĂ©sent, avec une porte qui s'ouvre et se ferme a notre Ă©tage toute la nuit, qui empĂȘche de dormir car l'insonorisation n'est pas du tout celle annoncĂ©e dans l'annonce. En entrant on a l'impression que la porte a Ă©tĂ© forcĂ©e et l'odeur de cigarette nous saute aux yeux. Je vous Ă©pargne les dĂ©gradations a l'intĂ©rieur, l'appartement est sous pression donc un bruit de vent en continue en plus de celui de l'ascenseur. On a louĂ© pour 2 personnes pour 3 nuits et nous avions qu'une grande et une petite serviette comme si c'Ă©tait une location d'une personne. Le tapis de bain avec des traces noires type champignons. Des robinets de baignoire qui manquent de se decrocher du mur. Qui lui mĂȘme est trouĂ© au plafond. Je ne parle mĂȘme pas de la tĂ©lĂ© dont la tĂ©lĂ©commande malgrĂ© un changement de pile,ne fonctionne pas comme la tĂ©lĂ©. Le canapĂ© tout tachĂ©, c'est surement pour cela qu'il Ă©tait en parti recouvert d'un lĂ©ger drap blanc. Il aurait fallu aussi recouvrir les siĂšges deparayĂ©s et sales de la cuisine.j'ai jamais rencontrĂ© cela et je ne suis pas du tout exigeante car je sais ce que c'est de gagner sa vie et d'avoir juste un toit sur sa tĂȘte.et j'en passe qd ds l'escalier de la litiere sale dĂ©versĂ©e av les odeurs
