The materials are high-end and the dream location 300 meters from the old town and 200 meters from the lake on foot will make you make the most of the tranquility but also the proximity of the old town.

For your stay you have a rental of bicycles and boats 300m from the apartment.



You have an underground garage available for 1 car.

Underground bicycle parking is also available in the common area.

OG Immo is a terrible management company

Property was very nice. Unfortunately the internet was not working. We have an internet business so internet is one of the first things we look for when renting a property as it is of utmost importance to timely process orders that need to be shipped the next day. It was not working that night or the next day. The manager's solution was to hopefully get it working the next day. We told him that was not acceptable since we had to send out orders on the second day of our stay. We were forced to vacate the property to find a place with internet. They have refused to issue a refund for the second and third nights. Run, don't walk from and property connected with OG Immo.
