Great base to explore Annecy

The apartment is not too far from the old town, lake, and there’s a small grocery store next door. Bright and bigger than expected. Nice little balcony overlooking the street. Nicolas was very helpful and responsive. We would certainly stay again.

Bon séjour proche de la vieille ville d'Annecy

Appartement qui a tout les équipements (machine à laver, sèche linge...) Et qui est proche d'Annecy.On peut se garer facilement.Par contre,cet appartement mériterait d'être mieux entretenu (interrupteur maintenu avec du scotch,baguette d'un meuble de cuisine qui pend). Avec plus de soin cet appartement serait top.

Logement agréable et tranquille

Au début de notre séjour il y a eu plusieurs pannes de chauffage. Nous avons eu froid … le chauffage est géré par un syndic. Puis tout a été rétabli et heureusement. Un matin , la personne qui occupe l’appartement au dessus a eu un problème d’eau. Tout à coup, de l’eau a coulé dans la cuisine et a décollé une partie du plafond de la cuisine. Le propriétaire de notre appartement a été très réactif Ces deux incidents très désagréables ne peuvent pas être considérés comme un manquement du propriétaire. Mais, un petit geste commercial aurait été le bienvenu

Avis mitigé...

Un propriétaire très agréable et arrangeant (car j'avais demandé s'il était possible de prendre et de rendre l'hébergement plus tôt/tard que prévu, et je l'en remercie chaleureusement). L'appartement en lui-même était relativement propre (avec néanmoins un ménage fait à la va vite et beaucoup de poussière sous les radiateurs, les meubles)... Il ne faut juste pas être maniaque... Des produits sont aussi à disposition dans la cuisine comme du sucre, de la farine, de l'huile et du vinaigre... Des pastilles pour les machines, ce qui est agréable! En revanche, question accueil, les lits n'étaient pas faits, des draps séchaient encore dans une chambre... C'est bien la première fois que je prends une location avec cet accueil quand les draps sont fournis. On a le sentiment que l'appartement est "rénové à la va vite" avec de nombreux endroits où les finitions manquent... C'est dommage car cet appartement a un certain charme et cela abime l'image positive que l'on se fait en voyant les photos...

très bel appartement, très bonne info de la part du propriétaire, bien placé proche d'un arrêt de bus donc facile pour se rendre en ville. le seul point à améliorer : mettre un tapis de bain dans la salle de bain.

appartement refait au goût du jour, bien équipé, très bien situé. Récupération rapide et facile des clés. Seul bémol, pas de place réservée sécurisée, mais places dans la rue
