"Well, the room was brilliant and the views were amazing. The room was kept very clean and topped up each day with everything needed. From the car park to where the room is can be quite a challenge with a heavy case and the timber walkway/ramp and so if there was a way that any luggage could have been taken from reception to the room then this might be the way forward. It was great to have happy hour from 3-5 ( which is happy 2 hours!) and the meals in the restaurant were very nice with very large portions. Upon leaving the hotel it would be good to have a box where to deposit your keys on checkout as there was no staff available even though I called out and looked for at least 5 minutes. I certainly will be visiting again, because of its beautiful location and central location."
