"Nice size rooms. Convenient location. Logan at the front desk was super helpful. Lady in coffee shop not helpful and coffee was very bitter. Overall a good choice."

"Upon arrival I was quite pleased with the hotel. Unfortunately, my last day at the hotel was problematic. The Housekeeping staff was training 2 new employees and the noise level was ridiculous. Zero mindfulness of those on vacation sleeping in. I eventually called down. Head of Housekeeping came to see me and apologized. Thank you. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM and ends at 9:30 AM. There were close to 10 people still eating and getting food and beverages. The staff at exactly 9:30 AM started removing food, beverages, and snacks!! It was so rude!!! We are the guests! One employee became very upset at me because I took my time. She approached my table and when she got my attention, she said, and I quote, “You need to leave!” I was so offended and angry I became quiet. I had hope to give Comfort Inn 5 stars but I could not in good conscience give this. I received apologies but these two incidents did occur. My disappointment is high. I pray you do better Bowie, MD."
