We had wonderful breakfasts, and good meals as well with excellent deserts. Great rooms and view of the river too. Exercise room is there but bicycle was currently needing electronics fixed.

Water kettle does not work. On request, they replaced after few hours. There was no hot water in the shower and after repeated requests, they fixed it. Room service was very bad. Food was very bad and they blamed it on festival rush.
