Situated right across the street from Disneyland’s Micky and Friends parking structure, guests need only walk just 0.6 miles, or 10 minutes to the Tram Station at Magic Way, then take a FREE FUN ride to Disneyland’s entrance. Or if you prefer to take bus/shuttle, the nearest bus/shuttle stop at Holiday Inn is just 600 feet from property. Great Location! Uber is very convenient, just $6 for 5 people one way to or from Disneyland.

We're a family of seven, ranging from 11 to 67 years old. This house was perfect for us. Everything a family could need was here. Our 11- and 18-year-old grandsons loved the Xbox in their room. We played pool un the evenings. The hot tub was a blessing to our aching feet and muscles after long park days. And the pool was cool and refreshing when we took a mid-day break.The kitchen was well-appointed. Everything was clean. (We didn't need them, but there were cribs, high chairs and strollers.)We walked to Disneyland the first day, about a 25-minute walk. That didn't seem bad in the morning, but after a day in the park it felt impossible. We took the tram back to the Mickey and Friends parking lot and walked from there, which helped. The next day, we drove. We would 100% recommend this property. Very satisfied.

No shortage of beds. Sooo many choices on where to sleep. Wonderful stay. We loved the pool and the hot tub. Walked to Disneyland and avoided the parking fee. Next to a semi busy street but it was very quiet at the house. We would definitely stay here again. Nice bonus of seeing the fireworks from the driveway.

Had a wonderful stay at Rogers property. It meet all of our expectations. Spacious, clean, kitchen was well equipped.We enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot. Was a 16 minutes walk from the property to Disney gates . Would stay at this property again in the future Roger was very available and replied quickly to any of our concerns.

The trip was great. The location from the house to Disneyland was great. There were ample strollers, beach equipment etc. the converted garage was great as was the ac. It was in the 90’s for our stay so coming back each day was very comforting. Kitchen was up to date. Ample bedroom space-4. The pool and hot tub were used with the temperatures being so hot. Roger-the owner- was always in contact or could be contacted. Thank you again. Scott

This is a great place to stay if you have a large group up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a tub and or shower. It is private and we were able to easily fit 3 SUV vehicles. It was a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. We would stay here again since it has a private backyard and pool and had everything we needed.

Located a convenient short walk to Downtown Disney or the Mickey and Friends Parking garage. Roger was very professional and welcoming. We had swift responses to all questions we had and he was very helpful with instructions for the property. The house was very spacious and the for the 10 people in our party. I will absolutely look at this or one of Rogers other properties when we return.

You are right there!

As other reviews already noted - lots of space for many people. There were only four of us so plenty of rooms for each to have ones own space. Close to park - we used the parking at the park each day - only 35 per day with in and out privileges. The more youthful can walk it if they want. After a day of creating sore feet and blisters, driving back is so much less painful.We also had the more adventuresome stay in the park longer in the day, so one of us would drive around to the Harbor Blvd uber, lyft and taxi drop off area and pick them up at the end of the day.Tip on driving to park: When leaving the house, turn right on Walnut, then right on W. Goodhue, then right at Feather then right on to Ball and then Right to the parking structure on S. Disneyland Dr.Kitchen is well equipped, though could use a electric kettle and a dish drying rack, everything else is there for whatever comes up. Three bathrooms, some with tubs one with standing stall only. Tip: bring additional wash clothes as we only found two to utilize.If you can't make the fireworks show, it is right at the front door, just peek around the tree across the street to get a good view.We have stayed in Anaheim and Garden Grove for DLR trips for over 20 years and this place was probably the most peaceful. Many houses around the neighborhood are VRBO's as well so you will hear other kids having fun as well. We have stayed at two other houses in the same neighborhood and enjoyed this one the most.

Great house within walking distance of Disneyland

My family and I loved staying at this house! The house easily accommodated our group of 9. Check in and out was a breeze and the host was quick to respond to all of my texts. Had one issue with the door lock and the host came out right away and fixed it. Property was clean and looked just like the photos.

Great host!

Our host was very responsive to all questions and communicated with us about groundskeepers schedules and repairmen. The house accommodated our group of twelve comfortably. It was a .7 mile walk to Downtown Disney security and then about another half mile to the park entrance. The hot tub was a nice extra to the property. We will definitely stay again!

Great Place Near Disneyland for Large Family

Our very large family stayed here on our Disneyland vacation. Roger was very responsive during our stay. The house provided enough space for everyone in our family to dine together, hang out together and also to spread out and rest. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained, and they were such a welcome activity after walking the Disney parks. The house is a short walk to the parking garage trams to head into the parks. It was so nice to head out to the parks early and be close enough to walk home for a break mid-afternoon and then return to the parks later for a fun evening. Lots of shopping options all around for groceries and anything you need. Lots of restaurants all around as well. Great and safe neighborhood. Fun options in the playroom with pool and foosball and other toys. Beach chairs and umbrella were great to have on hand to use as well as your pick of strollers to use for long days at the parks. Great beaches to drive to that are just a 30 minute or so drive away. Our family had such a great vacation at this property and we highly recommend.
