The room was soooo cold even though I had it on full heat the whole time. I was also double charged for my stay which took half of my travel budget before the traveling even begun. They did not start to initiate the refund until after my bank had already gave them multiple chances and finally personally reimbursed me. The refund process started a week after my check in. As an apology I was given a single drink voucher. The hotel is around the corner from the trains BUTTTT you’re so far out of the city that after 12 you are nothing without uber. All in all it was mediocre, and you can definitely do better closer to the city for around the same provenance on Ubers and avoid the risk of being double charged. In addition the lack of outlets was a big issue for me even as a solo traveler just something to keep in mind for my ladies with hair tools.

We stay XXL room for 3 prs, Room quite small. After open sofa bed, no space left. Room is clean. Close to Tram- (#5 & #25 12-mins to Zuid Trainstation where direct connect to airport (if no luggage). #5 straight into city center. No need to buy metrao/tram ticket - just tap your credit card while on / off the car.

Overall very solid place. Friendly staff, good room sie, nice bathroom. Couple of suggestions: add smaller pot, so one can cook couple of eggs, hot cereal, or other items. Really handy apart hotel! Only about a 20/25 minute tram to the centre. Comfy bed and cosy room with helpful cooking facilities. Friendly and kind staff too. Could have done with some more cooking utensils and cleaning products though especially if you have a short enough stay, it’s a bit inconvenient to buy lots of things.

Great stay

Good stay with modern rooms including like a “tiny” home type of configuration where the wall has your bed (so you have to fold the dining room table and move the chairs and pull down to get your bed). Also modern kitchen with fridge… definitely a plus! so you can go to your nearby AH and buy some grocery food to cook to save money However, one thing, is that this place is about 30-40 minutes one way into Amsterdam Centraal (visa versa) from the tram (tram station is just right across the hotel (2-5 mins walk). There are other tram stops you can get off and on which can vary your time but generally that is the case as above.

Great stay at Cityden Zuidas. The staff allowed us to check in slightly ahead of the check in time. The room was as advertised and well appointed, had everything we needed for a short stay. Wifi was fast. Location was peaceful, couple of mins walk from tram stop which would get us to Zuid station in 10 mins. Would recommend

While close to a subway station, it will still take about 40 mins to get to city centre. The mini market downstairs has at least a 400% markup on items. There were some cleanliness issues.

Nice flat well equipped! The tramway station is a few minutes away and takes you to the city centre in 30 minutes. There is a small shopping centre nearby with a supermarket and a few restaurants. Very convenient indeed.
