When I checked out this morning. I was told I had an outstanding bill of R245 for a dinner that was not mine. However, the guy at reception was very helpful. He told me it must have been the wrong room number and that he would investigate it. This was the East London branch

We were grateful that our bikes were stored safely too. A special mention to Bradley who solved any issues that we had and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The gym had all the equipment we needed, great ocean views too and we enjoyed our spa treatment. Highly recommend staying here!"
