Stayed here unexpectedly due to a cancelled flight and was not expecting much, but the free shuttle to/from the airport seemed convenient. I could not have been more pleased with the prompt pickup from the airport, courteous staff, and clean comfortable room. Highly recommend if you need someplace close to the airport.

The staff was extra friendly and engaged. The airport shuttle driver, Nabil, went above and beyond for my group with LOTS of luggage. The room was spacious and comfortable. As was the bed. The comp. breakfast was enjoyed by all in my group of 5. While in an industrial area near NOLA airport

Room was very comfortable, breakfast was quite nice, other than the attendant snapping at everyone for not putting lids down or using the wrong utensils. Hotel is neither near the airport, or town. Could not use airport shuttle, because they only run on the hour & we didn't want to wait 55 minutes for the next one. Uber was expensive. Front desk was fabulous & very accommodating to our late check in.

The hotel itself is good, the staff, not a brain cell between them, however they are polite. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, no restaurants ar all, nearest eatery is a Wendys so you have to resort to Uber eats, which takes an hour for delivert so your food is cold on arrival and you have no choice than pay at least 14% tip.

We stayed overnight for an early flight the next morning. We loved the airport shuttle. It was on time and there weren't any problems. Pick up from the airport was also a great option. We did have to wait about 20 minutes for pick up when we returned but had no problems.
