Overall a good stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa. It's a lovely hotel and the staff are unfailingly polite and friendly. Great breakfast that is well worth adding.
However, there are a couple of areas where the hotel could improve. The first is just in staff processes. At breakfast, for example, I lost count of the number of times I saw staff take breakfast choices to the wrong table. The second was the room itself. Our room looked out onto the plant room. We didn't mind the limited view, but it was pretty noisy. My wife wears earplugs anyway and I managed to sleep regardless, but others may struggle with the continual low rumble/drone from the equipment. That was a letdown in some respects as I would have anticipated better sound isolation in the room.
