"This was our second year with an extended stay at this wonderful home. We simply could not be happier with everything about it and the hosts and we intend to return next year. We do a lot of cooking and so found the kitchen to be perfectly suited to us, well equipped and efficient. The pool was a blessing for the heatwave towards the end of our stay. Could not be better!"

"Lovely property an easy 10 minute walk from the heart of St. Remy. The building is historic, but fully renovated to make the rooms very charming though not luxurious. Very quiet at night. Breakfast has a good variety and is plentiful. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant (Oceane was our fantastic server) though only went once because they only offer a fixed menu- no a la carte dining. We recommend the hotel."

"Lovely cottage with everything we needed. Short walk to town with numerous shops and restaurants. Lovely Van Gogh walk almost right out the door to the St Paul Monastery where Van Gogh spent time and painted numerous works. Hosts very helpful with all our concerns even though there was a language barrier as we do not speak any French. Our bad. Great stay."

"We were in a room in the back area where the gym facility is. The room felt (and smelled) damp but otherwise clean. It is dark due to the one window. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice grounds. Very close to city center, we walked for dinner. The free parking is a great advantage."

"We stayed at this property for four weeks and it was a wonderful experience. The host met us upon arrival and walked us through everything. She couldn’t have been friendlier or more easy to work with. And the location was absolutely perfect! Easy walking to shops, cafes, and restaurants. For us, this is THE place to stay in St. Remy."

" I’ll start with the room: No cushions on the chairs outside. It was a lovely day, but there weren’t any comfortable chairs to sit on outside. No blankets or extra pillows. No floor lamps (I couldn’t see to read in the bedroom while sitting in the tiny chairs by the window). One piece of tissue left in the dispenser. No washcloths. Hair conditioner in the shower but not the bathtub. No toiletries to speak of (just some unsanitary cotton pads and Q-tips in a jar) and a small bottle of lotion. A lid that we had to take off with our hands to dispose of trash in the bathroom. A ridiculous and dysfunctional coffee and tea station. It looks like a shelf that slides out, but it is actually stationary. I tried to pull it out to make some tea and pulled the shelf off of its nails, and the whole thing came crashing down. Everything broke. Glass everywhere. The tea kettle is so big it won’t fit under the tap. We had to fill it from the bathtub and the cord was so short it didn’t reach the outlet until we moved the table closer to it. We ordered room service, and the food was really bad. Truly. There was no pepper sauce on my steak aux poivre, the fries were greasy and the shrimp entree was literally inedible. Breakfast seemed like we were eating leftovers from brunch the previous day. The food was not fresh and the waitress in your glorious dining room seemed more concerned with setting up empty tables than actually waiting on the few of us who were there. "
