"So we stay at the charthouse offen. The last two time we have went the elevators were broken. The first time only worked, and this time neither worked upon our arrival and we had to use the stairs to carry all our luggage up to the fifth floor. And anytime we had anywhere to go we had to climb 5 stories both ways just to get where we were going. I originally said something tonthe front office lady and she told me if I wanted she would refund my money and I could stay somewhere else. Which I found very rude and disrespectful. Very disappointed in charthouse!! Set it up guys!"

"Rooms are extremely small and the partial view was a joke we could not open the door because the AC fans for the facility was blowing straight for our door causing a loud sound all night. But Beach view was perfect (NOT FROM OUR ROOM) But private beach was nice."
