The property is quite outdated and in need of renovations. Upon arrival, there was an unpleasant odor in our first room, prompting us to request a different one. While the smell was slightly less noticeable in the second room, it was still present.
We attempted to call the front desk several times over a 30-minute period to request extra towels but received no response. My husband eventually went down to the front desk, where staff said they would bring towels to our room shortly. However, after waiting over an hour with no delivery, we had to return to the front desk to follow up, they were given to us at that time.
The water pressure in the room was extremely low, making it difficult to shower. The toilet was very small, and the seat was loose and came off multiple times, requiring us to put it back ourselves. Additionally, the sink was at an unusually low height, which made it uncomfortable to use as we had to bend low. We're not tall people 5'7".
Breakfast was VERY disappointing, with limited options. All of the food was cold, except for the waffles which guests make themselves.
The room served its basic purpose for sleeping and showering. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the sheets had visible stains and the towels were very worn out.
Overall, we were not satisfied with our stay and would not choose to return to this hotel.
