Overall good place, easy access, bathroom and TV are old, comfy bed 7/10, quick check in. Our room was next to the laundry room and we can hear the machine a little around 11 pm. But for the price, its a good place

Sorry but this hotel is not a "10" as per multiple ratings shown. Its overall rating is artificially inflated. I would say about 7.5 would be fair. It's very clean but quite old. Everything works, but .... Would you believe - Doors with physical keys? Air conditioning with no temperature control, just set a level and hope that's right? Yes, that old. The neighborhood is not terrible but still a bit shaky. The only restaurant nearby is a Vietnamese Pho place across the street. Excellent freeway access ( I 10 ) close by, a plus. It's a perhaps reasonable value for this kind of hotel and that's all.
