We would especially like to express our sincere appreciation to Restaurant Manager Ms. Konstautina. She was exceptionally kind, welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Her warm personality, genuine hospitality, and dedication to guest satisfaction made our dining experience truly memorable. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, making every meal a delight. The hotel offers a complimentary open-buffet breakfast with an impressive selection of fresh and delicious dishes, as well as an excellent dinner buffet available for an additional charge.
