Room was good but lack of electrical power at two lights at bedside was never fixed the whole week we stayed there. They offered to change room, but rest was good and we anticipated they could fix it. We were wrong. Breakfast was the most varied of the three Quality Inns that I stayed in this year.

Don’t stay here with children

It started out with I reserve the king room non-smoking when we arrived at 8:30 at night. They had no room. They gave me a double we went up to the room. The room is very old worn down. I pulled back the covers on the bed, it looks like they didn’t even change the sheets that they just made it up from the person sleeping there before Outlet plugs didn’t work. TV was not paired. Bathroom was in poor condition tub is stained. You could see mold in the corner and then just before retiring too bad there was a cockroach that ran across from one bed to the other very disappointed.

The breakfast was mostly good quality and fresh, except the last day the biscuits were hard as a rock. The breakfast items did not vary. The parking seemed safe, except again the last night there was a guy working on his car in the parking lot and yelling at someone. Also some nights there were cars drag racing on Alameda.

The only reason we picked this property was it was close to the balloon fiesta and had a free shuttle to and from there. Other than that, I would never have stayed at this property. Although the staff tried their best, they could only do so much. The breakfast room ran out of plates and certain food items which were limited to begin with. The pool and hot tub area had black mold which made it so we didn’t use it on our second day there. Overall, disappointing.

Disappointed the water treatment for the pool and spa was taking place when I wanted to get in after breakfast.. It would be nice to put the chemicals in after closed the night before so morning swimmers could use it.
