Access to Community Amenities:
Guests are welcome to enjoy our community’s amenities—including pools, lakes, beaches, tennis courts, and basketball courts—with the purchase of a community wristband. Wristbands are just $10 per person for the entire stay and can be added at the time of booking or purchased directly at the pool. Children 6 and under are free and do not require a wristband.

This home has three gorgeous and spacious bedrooms, all of which are located on the second floor.

The master features a king-size bed, a lounge area, and a dedicated workspace for those working or studying remotely. The accent wall provides color and texture, while the hanging light fixtures, and custom furniture inspires a chic feel.

The second bedroom features muted color tones and a large window allowing plenty of natural light. Fall fast asleep in the queen-size bed covered with name-brand linens.

The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds that young ones will love, each with a twin over full bed.

A highlight of the main bathroom is the 10-foot rain shower surrounded by intricate tiles, the perfect way to unwind after a long day at the lake. It also features a double vanity and plenty of storage.

The family bathroom on the second floor features a tub/shower, storage baskets, and a mirrored vanity with soft lighting and chrome finishes. A half-bath on the first floor adds flexibility to your arrangements.

All three luxurious bathrooms have porcelain-tiled heated floors, natural toiletries, and soft towels.

☆☆ GUEST ACCESS ☆☆
As a guest here, you have the entire home to yourself. You can use all the rooms and amenities except for a locked owner's closet on the ground floor. The driveway offers plenty of room for parking, and you'll be given a unique code to access the lockbox on the front door.

Other amenities added to this house include free access to Netflix, a full-size washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, a coffee bar, and dedicated workstations.

This home is located in a gated community and staying here gives you exclusive access to the shared amenities, including five lakes with beaches and fishing access, two outdoor swimming pools and a kiddie pool, playgrounds near the beaches and two tennis and basketball courts. **Please note there is a $10 fee per person for anyone over the age of 6 to use the amenities**

Noise Policy — Read Before Booking

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Rules:
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Absolutely no outdoor music or speakers at any time, including Bluetooth or portable ones.
- No shouting, partying, or gatherings that exceed the number of registered guests.
- Windows and doors must remain closed if music or TV is playing indoors.
-The township and neighbors actively monitor noise. Violations result in:

* Immediate termination of your stay without refund
* Township fines (up to $1,000 per incident)
* Permanent ban from booking with us again

We’ve worked hard to maintain good standing with our neighbors and local authorities. Please help us keep this home available for future guests by being respectful of the community.
