The casino was ok never won anything, the restaurant was top notch, the room was ok but didn’t get any rest due to people fighting in the hallway started at 4am, screaming, profanity, hit walls doors, went on for approximately 30 minutes I had the call the front desk at 4:30am security came up almost 5am, the people went to there room next to me and started again till after 6am. I will probably never go back again. Spent over $1,500 on room, food and donations to slots with no rest all night because of low life’s who probably got a free room and just drank and smoked drugs there whole time there disturbing guest.

Staff left much to be desired. Very rude for the cost of the stay. We couldnt take our drinks from the room to the casino...ok...thats fine but then we couldnt take the drink that we purchased from them to our room....that you have to be 21 to stay in. Absolutely ridiculous. Received the wrong order from guy fieris takeout after waiting 45 extra minutes for it. Coffee shop worker was rude the next morning. Overall terrible and will not be returning

The room was in good condition. Hotel is kind of outdated. They use direct tv. Not enough channels. Is no fridge or microwave. Thats the worst part of the rooms. Great if you just want to gamble. Dont expect nothing special with the hotel

Maid service was great, the porter was very nice. Staff overall was an A, save for one manager you know who you are. Pool was cold and air in the “heated area” was drafty. Outdated tv in room. Room service wasn't clear a menu in the room would be helpful. Place was a ghost town and its obvious why. Come in the summer when golf is available, prolly a better experience. Guy fieris was very enjoyable the food and staff.
