We enjoyed our stay at the landing. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were however did not have a microwave, or coffee maker, and the sink was clogged. The hair dryer didn't work, but they brought a new one. Also we didn't like the shower because it was a solid half door allowing water to spray out and it allowed the bathroom air to come in making us cold in the shower.

After traveling in the snow it felt great to get out of the car and check into our room and relax. The cookies they gave us on arrival were very good. Our room was warm, quiet and clean and the staff was very friendly.

The room was cleaned very well, and very comfortable. The doorless shower was a little odd, but not really a problem for us. The water pressure was very poor; could be because we were on the top floor or that might just be how it is. The bathroom door was also just a sliding door, so not a lot of actual privacy as the room could easily hear what was happening. The staff was very polite and helpful our entire stay.
