The room was clean and comfortable. It was a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I got plenty of R & R which was much needed. After spending time with my family, the pool was very relaxing. A great breakfast each morning and staff was exceptional. I will definitely be back.

Great hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms . Staff is very professional and welcoming. The building , pool and common areas are well maintained. The location is right off the highway and within a 15 minutes drive of downtown Albany and many landmarks such as the Empire State Plaza, the State Capitol, and the New York State Museum. I highly recommend the Comfort Inn & Suites East Greenbush in Albany, New York.

Clean room, except for a spider in the bathroom. I got rid of it. Other than that. Clean, staff was excellent. Front desk receptionist was a cool guy. I needed a shaver and he got me two and shaving cream. Not high quality shavers but did the job.

Our stay was horrible and they declined a credit. Our toilet wouldn’t work and the shower wouldn’t drain. Also while showering and it’s slowly filling up more and more black stuff started coming out of the drain. Who knows what I was standing in. The main room part was good but the bathroom had cracked tiles pealing wallpaper and mould. Because our toilet wouldn’t flush we had to walk down to the washrooms in the lobby. I spoke to the front desk multiple times and Expedia. Expedia tried to help but the hotel wouldn’t do anything!!
