"No one when I arrived at the hostel it’s was 10 pm I tried to contact the owner he answer 45 min later and tell he was very sorry because it was Ramadan and that I couldn’t come. So I have to drive by night 3 hours to find a new place. So I haven’t spend my night I hope I won’t be charge for that!!! ..."

Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! But overall the actual villa is beautiful and the hot spring water was great. But if they just work on their service, it would be 5 stars. "
