The outside of the hotel is in good shape, well maintained and looked fantastic, water park looked interesting- a child’s dream. Very children friendly facility. The negative: At least our room had water damaged floorboards, wallpaper, bathroom door, mirror frame and the minibar. As a contractor myself it was disappointing. On the beach 90% of guest were smoking in non smoking area. Lots of garbage and plastic on the beach left behind by guests. NOT ACCEPTABLE! No staff did anything against it."
