However, Tokushima is home to a range of hotel and apartment options. It's about 50 miles (79 kilometers) outside Aki. Travelocity's places to stay here are the Renaissance Naruto Resort and Tokushima Tokyu REI Hotel.
When you reach the middle of Aki, it is some 10 miles (16 kilometers) to the Tosa Royal Hotel.
After you have enjoyed Aki, take a little time to soak up the diverse activities of the Shikoku area. Explore Shikoku's castles and traditional villages. You should also put aside some time to check out the region's rural landscapes. In this fascinating part of Japan visitors can enjoy mountain climbing and hiking.
Sakaide is 55 miles (85 kilometers) north of Aki and is where you'll find Tsuzumioka Shrine and Koshointenno-ji Temple.
